About JF Casa Design

JF Casa Design is a Miami-based interior design studio focused on creating refined, functional and highly personalized spaces through thoughtful design, technical precision and strong visual communication.

The studio specializes in residential interiors, renovations, space planning, floor plan development, custom millwork, material and finish selection, architectural detailing and photorealistic 3D visualization. JF Casa Design also develops interiors for commercial environments such as cafés, wellness and aesthetic spaces, studios and retail interiors, always with the same attention to proportion, function, materiality and detail.

At JF Casa Design, every project begins with understanding how a space needs to function and how it should feel. Design decisions are developed as part of a complete spatial composition, considering layout, circulation, lighting, materials, architectural elements and custom-built features from the earliest stages of the process.

A key part of the studio’s approach is the integration of photorealistic 3D visualization into the design process. Rather than using visualization only as a final presentation tool, JF Casa Design uses it to study spaces, test materials, evaluate lighting, refine proportions and help clients make more informed decisions before construction begins.

This combination of interior design, architectural thinking, custom detailing and advanced visualization allows the studio to develop spaces with greater clarity and consistency, from the initial concept and floor plan to the final design details.

The client envisioned a living room that felt warm, calm and deeply inviting, while still carrying a strong contemporary identity. Soft neutrals, layered textures, organic forms and integrated lighting came together to create a space that feels refined without losing its sense of comfort and intimacy.

The Founder

JF Casa Design was founded by Jhonatas Souza, a Miami-based interior designer and architectural design professional with more than eight years of experience in interior design.

Originally from Brazil, Jhonatas earned his degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the State University of Goiás in 2018 and has worked professionally in interior design since April of that year. His career began in Brazil and later expanded to the United States, where he now works professionally across interior design, architectural design and 3D visualization in Miami, Florida.

His experience includes residential interiors, renovations, custom-designed spaces and commercial environments, with particular expertise in space planning, floor plans, material selection, custom millwork, architectural detailing and photorealistic visualization.

Jhonatas approaches design with a strong architectural foundation, combining creativity with technical understanding. His work focuses on creating interiors that feel intentional, balanced and personal, while remaining practical and connected to the way each client lives or uses the space.

Through JF Casa Design, he brings together his experience in architecture, interior design and visualization to offer a highly considered and collaborative design process, transforming ideas into spaces that are visually compelling, functional and carefully resolved.

Based in Miami and available for projects locally and remotely, JF Casa Design develops interiors from the first idea and floor plan through the final visual and architectural details.
